 From the green mountain peak, the cool breeze calms the heart as the eyes gaze downward to a beautiful countryside landscape. Khmer villagers’ houses are grouped closely together, reflecting a simple, pure, and united way of life passed down through many generations. Below, under the morning sunlight, the vast rice fields stretch widely, glowing even more brightly during the harvest season, their golden color spreading like a giant sheet of shimmering gold.


On the mountaintop, where the wind blows gently and the soft sounds of wildlife can be heard, stands a peaceful Buddhist temple in a truly magnificent location. This temple is a sacred place of worship for the Khmer people, especially during festival seasons, when the chanting of prayers and the fragrance of incense create a serene and spiritual atmosphere for all who visit.
